Building one of the most influential women in property.

September, 2017

Client: The Urban Development Institute of Australia.

The property sector is fast-moving, constantly changing and characterised by the success stories of strong individuals and leading companies. With this dynamic industry as a backdrop, we have helped build the profile of young female CEO, Danni Addison. She has emerged as a nationally recognised property commentator championing the interests of the development industry in Victoria.

Our strategy was to build the profile of the UDIA Victoria CEO first, then making sure this would build the profile of the UDIA.

We presented Danni as a young, fresh face in the industry and created a platform for her to speak on a wide range of property and development issues, and champion the housing issues faced by millennials.

If you want something done ask one of the Arize team members, in fact you probably won’t even need to ask them because they will already be doing it for you. Arize are intuitive, know what is required to gain tier 1 coverage and are very connected. They have undoubtedly had a strong influence on our business success.”

Our approach had paid dividends, including regular appearances on ABC’s Q&A, Sky News, in the AFR and News Limited. As a result, the institute has seen a considerable increase in membership numbers.
