      Don’t judge a book by its cover. Read the first two chapters. Never judge anyone – you don’t know what battle they are fighting (or whether they just really need a big hug).

      Anywhere near the ocean, I love watching the waves (and sometimes my husband catching one or two) and the smell of the salty air.

      Having many strong relationships with childhood friends and calling my brothers my best mates.

    Megan Keogh

    General Manager.

    Meg loves what she does. And it’s infectious. As a consummate marketing professional with experience across brand marketing and marketing strategy, Meg’s passion can be felt by everyone around her. She relishes helping businesses – including Arize – find efficiencies by defining their ‘who, what, why and how’.

      “You can have it all, just not always at the same time” – Quentin Bryce. I always try to remember this when shopping.

      Anywhere in the world with endless white beaches, warm crystal clear water and Kids Club.

      My three babies: Zoe, Isaac and Asher – little legends!

      Multi-tasking, I can do pretty much anything with two kids and another on my hip.

    Kendall Munns

    Head of Public Relations and Project Styling.

    Kendall is one of our true all-rounders. She boasts a degree in journalism, experience in government, not-for-profit, tourism, worked at London Zoo, and headed up the communications team at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Kendall and her partner own a successful sustainable furniture business – Ingrain, which is where her passion for interiors and property comes from.

    • Q1: Do you have a guiding philosophy?

      It’s not who you know, it’s not what you know, it’s what you believe in and are willing to throw yourself into. This is something I once heard Corrine Wilkie, band manager of The Cat Empire, say and it really resonated with me.

      “Kenny” or “Munnsy”. We’re an imaginative lot!

      Anywhere near the ocean. I just love it. It’s an escape from city life and reminds me of being on holidays.

      A pretty big one was moving to London, basing myself there, and buying a beat-up campervan and travelling around like a nomad for three months.

      I recently took up boxing. I’m not ready for an amateur fight anytime soon but my technique is pretty good. Ka-pow!

    Victoria Ross

    Digital & Creative Specialist.

    Having begun her PR journey with a Fortune 500 company, Victoria quickly realised the importance of brand guidelines. She then found a more relaxed setting at a lifestyle agency. She’s since delved into digital, mining, engineering, B2B and is driven to make tried but true companies ‘un-boring’.

      Love is managing the space between people. To maintain positive relationships, we must determine a respectful amount of space with others and define our own personal space. (Suffice to say, Vic is not a close-talker).

      Sardinia, Italy. The language is delicious (I think I mean the food, sorry) – it’s like a sexy mix of Arabic, Spanish and Italian.

      Devoid of protective clothing, I once disrupted a bee hive and didn’t get stung out of sheer me-to-bee mind control.

      Falling asleep, sans alcohol, on almost every plane ride I’ve ever been on.

    Natalie Liang

    Corporate Direction and Communications Specialist.

    With experience as a Media Manager and having worked across several national political campaigns, Natalie enjoys working with ‘the bright, strategic minds’ at Arize. While she’s clearly humble, we certainly count Natalie as one of our luminaries.

    • Q1: Do you have a guiding philosophy?

      Give it a go (not my words!). You will never know if you’ll like or dislike something, if you are great or horrible at something until you give it a burl. It may end up changing your life for the better.

    • Q3: What is your favourite place in the world?

      Nozawaonsen, Japan. Great food, lovely people, incredible snow and hot baths. It ticks all the boxes for me.

      I am constantly tripping and falling, but I have never broken a bone.

      Being able to remember minor, redundant and seemingly stalker-ish details about a conversation or interaction. This skill greatly helps my PR nous, so a win all round.

    Camille Filippi

    Creative Content and New Projects Leader.

    With a Masters of Advertising and Media Strategy, an eager eye and a rather inquisitive mind, Camille is our connection to all things marketing and ‘Ad land’. Applying her knowledge of anthropology, semiology and creative, she’s our resident fashionista and creative Camille-eon.

    • Q1: Do you have a guiding philosophy?

      Being passionate about what you do is a big source of motivation and inspiration. It pushes me to go further, keeps me curious, positive and creative.

      After living with ‘Freddo the Frog’, the ladies have now proclaimed me ‘Camo’.

    • Q3: What is your favourite place in the world?

      My hometown Aix-en-Provence, in the South-East of France. It is as beautiful as the paintings of the celebrated painter Cezanne, who grew up there.

      By chance, I helped a sheep to give birth. The little lamb had its first breath in my arms and I became very emotional.

      Besides being creative, I have kept all the karate moves from my sensei dad’s training (much to his approval).

    Jenny Persson

    Planning and Media Relations Manager.

    With a Masters in Communications, Jenny has worked in PR in both Sweden (surprisingly not at IKEA, we’ve asked) and in Australia. Her strategic mind, careful planning and gymnast-trained discipline means her dedication is without question – she never lets a deadline go.

      You’ll never know if you don’t give it a go! I believe in trying things before ruling them out, otherwise you might miss out on some amazing opportunities.

      Aussies shorten everything. So I’m “JP” here.

      London. Granted Melbourne is warmer (only slightly) but it has a cosy feeling.

      Giving Australia ‘a go’. I have learnt so much and regret nothing.

      I bake a pretty mean Swedish sticky pudding called a ‘kladdkaka’. This is a little at odds with my penchant for chin-ups!

    Annabel Ross

    Paris based storyteller and communications connoisseur.

    Annabel met Honi through her first ever editor, Jo, formerly of Fashion Journal, and it was there she first experienced the buzz of seeing her name in print at around 15-years-old. The years since she has lived and studied in Italy, worked as a copywriter in London, spent ten years at The Age as an arts and entertainment writer, and earlier this year moved to Paris, where she’s writing for various publications and copywriting, including the work she does for the Arize team.

      I’d rather regret what I’ve done than regret what I haven’t done.

      My family and close friends call me Annie. It’s not really “pet” though, is it?

      Oooh, tough one. I’ve always had a massive soft spot for Italy - the food, the language, the way of life.

      I guess it would be successfully relocating from Melbourne to Paris... So far, so good!

      I have a special knack for knowing exactly the right-sized container for storing leftovers in. Bang-on every time.

    Monique Flexman

    Project and stakeholder relations manager.

    Monique has a broad range of experience in a number of industry’s including non for profit and government. Monique brings a wealth of marketing experience to Arize and fostering authentic relationships with her clients and understanding what makes them tick is her specialty.       I have a few; be nice, never take anything for granted and as Charles Eames famously said, “take your pleasure seriously”.

      Nothing cool or original I’m afraid. I do get Mon or Monie, pretty wild!

      This is hard but I have to go with London. No matter who you are or what you’re into you will find a thriving scene no matter how obscure.

      In another life, I was in the New Zealand Academy team for soccer aka football.

      I’m a qualified yoga teacher, I can name the planets in order from the sun and I disguise my New Zealand accent pretty well, or so I’m told.

    Grace McLean

    Creative digital communicator and complex researcher.

    Grace is full of positive vibes and a can-do (no matter how large a task) attitude. Grace joins us from a digital agency working with clients in the lifestyle sector. Needless to say, from this Grace found a love and skill set in all things social media and influencer engagement. While currently juggling study at RMIT and part time account executive role at Arize, Grace is developing mad time management skills (plus coffee also helps).

      Would have to say Florence, as just walking around the city is so beautiful plus there is endless pasta and pizza to be eaten!

      I have done ballet my whole life, so dancing on my toes is literally a killer skill.

    PR and Project Planning Powerhouse.

    Tahli’s genuine disposition and can-do attitude sets her apart as a media relations superstar.  When she’s not working on smart media pitching and event plans, Tahli thrives on thinking up creative ideas for clients that pack a punch. In regular conversation with both sports and lifestyle media, Tahli is a welcome and known face in any studio, media event or coffee meet.  With a background in law, Tahli has applied superior writing skills and exacting attention to detail to the world of public relations.
    Tahli moves fast without losing her sense of fun, positivity and creativity.

    With seven years of journalistic experience across a range of outlets and mediums, Finn understands how to turn heads and push information-rich content into people’s hands quickly. A speedy writer with a flair for the weird, Finn loves to pull together head-turning strategies and campaigns with a bit of a difference. His greatest professional achievement so far is getting a selfie with a 100% authentic Taylor Swift impersonator.

      “Do It Yourself” – Most of my skills come from being under pressure and having no options but to learn on my own.

      Having a one-syllable name means I’ve managed to avoid any embarrassing nicknames. Thanks, mum!

      Georgetown, Penang. Mainly for the food. Actually, purely because of the food.

      I can identify a ripe avocado without even having to squeeze it. Every. Time.

    Laura has a degree in journalism and experience working in marketing, communications and advertising. She has worked in both the UK and Melbourne, with a focus and passion on managing award winning integrated campaigns, creating the perfect customer experience and growing successful brands. Laura has worked on a number of brands including a B2B Utilities Broker and one of Australia’s biggest retailers.

      Sri Lanka. Beautiful beaches, delicious food and the kindest people you will ever meet. I can't wait to plan my next trip.

      Moving overseas and traveling around Europe on my own. I am probably most proud of the fact that on this trip I managed to ski off a cliff and escape unscathed.
